Modern day slavery is a global issue, from which no country or industry is immune.

Sadly, our industry in particular rests as a prime target by individuals that may wish to exploit others for cheap labour. We are committed to doing the right thing to ensure that we do not play any part within this vicious chain.

We conduct thorough “due diligence” with all our supply networks, and it is imperative that there are no modern slavery or human trafficking links within our entire operations.

Although modern slavery can sometimes be difficult to identify, our core responsibility involves being vigilant of the groups that may/are at greater risk, and ensuring they are safeguarded.

Our Modern Slavery Working Group and representatives within our business lead in these efforts regularly, in an endeavour to assess any third party individuals or firms we contract, through vigorous vetting schemes.

We will not compromise or act as facilitators of human pain and suffering in an effort to cut costs or make profits. It is therefore our duty to act with courage, and speak out for those without a voice through our actions of inaction (not offering business or contracts to modern slavery facilitators)
