DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery timescales:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and can take up to 3 - 5 working days (depending on service availability) 

Delivery timescales are subject to delays and changes during the busy holiday periods or festive seasons.

Faulty items:

All our stock is quality checked to a high standard. If you do happen to receive a defect item; we are sorry. However, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaged condition. If there are signs of unusual item damage, product not in the original condition/packaging, or no purchase receipt/invoice; subject to review, we will only offer an exchange or credit note.

All returns must have our unique #AW reference number available on the invoice, for any refunds to be successfully applied.

How to return your item(s)

You have 28 days to return purchased items from the day you receive your order.

  • Repackage the item(s) using a delivery bag 
  • Attach the purchase invoice inside the package
  • Post the parcel at your local post office and obtain a proof or postage 
  • Take a picture for your own evidence of postage

Receiving refunds:

If you have sent your order back, and haven't yet received your refund promptly, don't worry! Simply allow up to 15 working days from the date you sent your parcel to us, for your refund to be processed.

We'll do our best to refund your whole order at once, but if your return is large, we may need to split this into separate refund amounts. There is no need to contact us should this happen, as this is an automated process. You'll receive an email when your refund has been credited back to the original payment method or account.

Please keep hold of your proof of returns until we have processed things for you, and your refund received.

We will be unable to investigate any refund queries until 15 working days have lapsed.

Exchanges:

If applicable, we only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receiving.

Should you need to exchange for either a similar item, size, or any other exceptional reason, then simply send us an email at admin@wolkernite.com for further instructions.

Exclusion:

  • Any reduced sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.
  • All shipping and delivery costs are non refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount(s)

Return details:

Depending on your location we will supply you with the most convenient and suitable product returns address. Simply contact our helpful customer service team at admin@wolkernite.com for full returns and support details. 

We aim to provide an initial response by email within 48 hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm)

 

Event Ticket Sales - Terms & Returns Policy:

 

GENERAL TICKET PURCHASES

  • Ticket sales are non-refundable 
  • In the case that the event is either changed or cancelled by the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  • In exceptional cases; a refund can be reviewed. However, any agreed refunds will be subject to a £10.00 deductible admin and processing fee ( per ticket )  
  • All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable

 

FIGHTER CODED TICKET PURCHASES 

  • All ticket purchases made using the fighters code are non-refundable unless the event or the fight/match is cancelled by the promoter, due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • In exceptional cases; a refund can be reviewed. However, any agreed refunds will be subject to a £10.00 deductible admin and processing fee ( per ticket )
  • All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable
  • In the event that a competing fighter withdraws from the contest, all ticket purchases made using their fighter codes are non-refundable, and can be carried across to a future event(s) using our Flexi (E-Ticket) plan.

Receiving refunds:

When your refund has been agreed, it will be processed within in 7 working days to your original payment method.
